Travel Photographs and Journals

My name is Suzanne and I would like to welcome to my Travel photos and journals website! This is a personal collection of travel journals / travelogues, photos and tips from round the world. For as long as I can remember I have had a love of travel to exotic and foreign places.

I live in Edinburgh in Scotland and my travel bug started in 1995 when I went on an interrailing trip round Europe, squeezing in a silly 13 countries in just 21 days. In 1998 I took 8 months off work and backpacked round the world visiting the USA, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

In the last few years I've visited Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Sweden, Thailand, China, India, various parts of the USA, Canada, Cuba and South Africa.

The point of this website (in case you are wondering) is to bring together all my travel stories, photographs, reviews and journals in one place.

I'm hoping that as well as being interesting to my friends and family it might also be useful to fellow travellers who are visiting some of the destinations that I have already been to.
