Travel Photographs and Journals

Welcome to my Travel photographs and journals website! This is a personal collection of travelogues, photos, advice and information from round the world. For as long as I can remember I have had a love of travel to exotic and foreign places.

It all started in 1995 when I went on an interrailing trip round Europe, squeezing in a silly 13 countries in just 21 days. In 1998 I took 8 months off work and travelled round the world visiting the USA, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Unfortunately since my round the world trip I've been working full time, but I make sure that as much of my vacation time as possible is spent abroad. In the last few years I've visited Spain, Italy, France, Thailand, China, India, various parts of the USA and most recently Cuba.

The point of this website (in case you are wondering) is to bring together all my travel stories, photographs, reviews and journals in one place.

I'm hoping that as well as being interesting to my friends and family it might also be useful to fellow travellers who are visiting some of the destinations that I have already been to. You'll also find a collection of articles by various authors about different destinations as well as some general travel tips and advice.
